How To Return/Exchange

Step 1: Please complete the Return & Exchange Request Form below to get the case number.

Step 2: Please wait for our reply with detailed return instructions.

Step 3: Pack everything, including original invoice, packaging, tags, products and accessories (if any) and post them back to our return address. Please ensure that all return articles are in original unworn condition with original packaging and tags. Please also keep a valid tracking number for your return parcel.

Step 4: All return articles are subject to quality control. Once your return is processed, you will receive store credit for your return article. Then you will be able to use the credit on our website to order exchange item online. Your return will be processed within 5 days after receive your return. (excluding weekends and public holidays)

Customers are responsible for any postage and shipping fees might occurred during return and exchange.
